Eating out

I'm pretty much out of food in my apartment, except for a few cliff bars, and frozen waffles in the refrigerator. Since I'm moving in just a little over a week, it doesnt really make sense for me to go on a big shopping trip, so instead I've been trying to get by with the minimum ingredients for dinner that night or eating out.

Last night I grabbed dinner with my friend at the Pasta Bowl. I decided to get the grilled veggie salad with balsamic. Their balsamic is so sweet, its really delicious, and they give you a ton of grilled veggies pilled on top.

Katie went with the Frutti di Mare.

I forgot to take pictures until we were basically done with our food, so that explains alot why theres little seafood in her dish and barely any veggies in mine.

Today I had the best salad bar. I went to the greek place down the block from me and was floored at their salad bar selection.

I got a salad piled high with beets, a stuffed grape leaf, capers, artichoke hearts (big whole ones), terryaki chicken (which was slightly too salty), sundried tomatos, fresh feta, and cucumber and tomatos. It was so good and kept me full for hours.

There were a ton of other delicious add ins, like blule cheese stuffed olives, sardines, green bean salad, and hummus that I didnt have room for. But I'll definetly hit this up again!
