Lunch & homemade vinagrette

Today for lunch I grabbed a big salad from the market by me. I'm obsessed with their salads, they're so fresh and huge. This one was chicken with crutons and parmasean cheese. The grilled chicken was sweet and perfectly charred.

Instead of using the packet of dressing that came with it, I made my own at home.
Homemade dressings are really easy to make and not very time consuming.

This one had olive oil, mustard, cider vinagrette, and honey. It was light and sweet and perfectly coated the leaves of lettuce.
