This morning I woke at 6:45, soo early on Sunday! I wasn't hungry when I first got up, but around 8:30, my stomach started to rumble. I ended up making a peanut butter and jelly bagel.

I had alot to get done this morning, so ended up eating a late lunch around 1:45. I threw together some pasta and veggies. I was really hungry, so I had a strawberry smoothie with it.


The smoothie was delicious. The almond milk is creamy and nutty. It's unsweetened so I added a packet of Truvia. Side note: Last night at dinner, the restaurant served Truvia in their sugar tray.

For dinner I made myself Seared Ahi Tuna, with veggies, and cilantro rice. I had marinated it in Terryaki Sauce all afternoon and it was sweet and delicious.
